Willis Road – open – new roadway construction north of existing roadway
Stage 2 March 3, 2008 through April 24, 2008
Platt Road south of Willis – closed – new roadway construction
Willis Road – open – existing roadway replaced, traffic diverted onto new roadway
US23 Southbound Entrance Ramp – open – existing ramp replaced
Stage 3A April 25, 2008 through May 13, 2008
Willis Road west of Platt to Emerson – closed – construct new roadway

Willis Road east of US23 Southbound Exit Ramp – closed – widen pavement for left turn lane
