Use of CODE A PHONE - (734) 572-9099
In the event of an Escape either from the Center for Forensic
Psychiatry or from the Huron Valley Men’s and Women’s
Prison a SIREN will be sounded. In the event that the siren
goes off, citizens are encouraged to call the CODE A PHONE.
There will be a recording on there notifying you of the escape
or of the incident that caused the siren to be sounded.
This is the only system the Sate has in place at this time.
Please keep this number in a convenient place in the event that
it is needed. If you have any questions please feel free to contact
